The Austin Homebuyers Club is designed to help first time homebuyers, first time move-up buyers, and first time real estate investors connect to learn more about the best steps to take to reach their goals.  With all of the changes in mortgage guidelines, it's a great idea to have a plan and prepare prior to taking any actions that may cost you money.  For 2010 we have moved to a weekly call-in show format via the Mortgage Lunch and Learn calls.  It's more convenient to fit everyone's busy schedules.  Join from wherever you are on Wednesdays at 12:15pm CST.
